Dr. Ali Shakoori
Principal Dentist
Dr Ali joined the Frenchs Forest Dental team in 2016. With 15+ years of clinical experience and having worked in dentistry across many parts of Australia, he has now settled permanently here in the beautiful northern beaches.
Dentistry is not just work for Dr Ali but also his passion. Dentistry combines two of his most favourite interests; human biology and basic principles of civil engineering (at a micro level). His approach with patients is to discuss all the possible treatment options and help prioritise a treatment plan to reach their oral health goals. Dr Ali dedicated a large part of his career in training and developing expertise in several specialised areas of dentistry including dental implants, smile design and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Hadia
Dentist
Dr. Hadia completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2016 and obtained her Australian Dental Council Accreditation in 2022. She is a compassionate and attentive dentist dedicated to providing high-quality dental care. With a gentle touch and caring approach, Dr. Hadia strives to make every patient feel comfortable and supported during their visit.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity through artwork.
Kerrie
Practice Manager
Kerrie has a passion for dental nursing and enjoys assisting with general dental procedures and implant surgery.
Also, performing the role of Practice Manager enables Kerrie to have more personal contact with our patients and better understand their needs.
Kerrie’s other passions are photography and travelling, especially to Switzerland to see family and friends.
Misha
Dental Nurse/Receptionist
Misha joined the practice in 2021 and has a strong passion for human biology and behaviour. Upon completing her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, Human Biology and Human Resource Management, she is now pursuing a double Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations at the University of Sydney. Her hobbies include crocheting, watercolour painting and mosaic work.
She is an experienced dental nurse who loves to assist with wisdom teeth removals, dental implants and endodontics in particular. She loves to connect with our patients and is always happy to have a chat.
Maya
Dental Nurse/Receptionist
Maya grew up locally on the Northern Beaches and joined the team in 2022. She loves to assist chairside as well as be on the front desk.
Maya is currently studying a bachelor of Human Sciences at Macquarie University and has a passion for health and fitness. She enjoys spending time outdoors and by the beach.
Letizia
Dental Receptionist/Nurse
Born in Italy, Letizia moved to Sydney to pursue a double Master’s degree in Criminology and Intelligence at Macquarie University. Alongside her studies, she works at the clinic as a receptionist and dental assistant. Letizia has a passion for learning and enjoys traveling and creating new experiences. She is always ready to help you with a friendly smile.
